Caroline is one of eight Masters on the new MA in Dramatic Writing at Drama Centre London, Central Saint Martins [Link] and Visiting Lecturer at Birmingham City University and Fellow at the new Institute of Creative and Critical Writing [Link] She holds a Masters in Education and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy

She has designed training programmes nationally and internationally using playwriting within formal education, the arts and as creative approaches to Reflective Practice in Higher Education and within the NHS. She is the originator of REPwrite, an interactive playwriting tool.

Teaching includes Rewriting Stigma a CPD day for NHS staff identifying and exploring ways to challenge the stigma around mental health.

Zargreb Youth Theatre

Caroline led a collaborative playwriting laboratory at Zekaem, Zagreb Youth Theatre exploring digital approaches to playwriting with Croatia's leading playwrights.

Short Latitudes

Short Latitudes The project, sponsored by the British Council, was born to spread the new British theater culture in Europe through its dramaturgy. Caroline Jester and some leading authors of the new English drama, selected from the theater, including Steve Waters, Gupreet Bahtti Kaur and others.
